Britain's leader is expected to urge partner nations to deliver Ukrainian forces with more advanced missile systems to target Moscow's positions during discussions in London on the upcoming Friday.

Sir Keir plans to receive President Zelensky alongside the so-called "alliance of supportive nations", consisting of more than 20 of supporting nations who have agreed to grant the Ukrainian government protection commitments once hostilities pause is brokered.

Zelensky has been appealing for weeks for more extended-range systems from allied countries, an action that Russia has warned would worsen the hostilities.

The Ukrainian president is travelling from the EU capital, where he met EU leaders on yesterday pursuing funding aid.

"The single figure participating in current hostilities who does not want to stop the conflict is Vladimir Putin," Sir Keir remarked.

Sir Keir will also reveal that 100 additional air defense systems will be delivered to Ukraine earlier than planned, as specified in a £1.6bn deal struck between Britain and the Ukrainian government in spring.

The Prime Minister will urge leaders to expand the delivery of advanced missile technology following a successful operation on a manufacturing site in Bryansk, Russia, using Britain-delivered missile systems.

"And his horrific attacks on small children in a daycare recently show that crystal clear," he added.

Two children were included in at least seven lost in multiple Russian strikes on Ukrainian territory, which targeted a nursery in the second biggest city the eastern city.

Financial Discussions

Sir Keir will consult supporting countries on methods to remove Russia's petroleum resources off the global market.

They will furthermore consider using seized Moscow funds to offer the Ukrainian government with financial loans, though the initiative encountered a lack of political consensus and legal hurdles at the Brussels summit on the previous day.

The EU stopped short of approving a plan to utilize up to €140bn in blocked Moscow funds to economically support the Ukrainian economy.

However, the leaders consented to contribute to the country's "economic requirements" for the next two years.

America also revealed measures on Wednesday against the Russian two largest petroleum firms, the state-owned company and Lukoil Corporation, as element of actions to add economic pressure on Moscow to commence hostility discussions.
